Developed text-based explanations for CHEM 112 (General Chemistry)

Planned an online event titled, "The Stigma Surrounding Mental Health & Mental Illness", in which various speakers in the mental health field gave talks about the stigma that surrounds individuals with adverse mental health and individuals with mental illnesses.

Wrote a script in Python that communicates with an Excel file stored in SharePoint to generate a basis for calculating Full User Equivalents (FUEs) for RISE with SAP S/4 HANA Cloud licenses. Created an automatically-refreshing employee directory that connects Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Lists, and Excel using Power Automate and Power Apps. Generated various automatically-updating and interactive reports embedded into SharePoint Online with Tableau and Power BI. Set up various laptops with specific Windows 11 installs, including writing a PowerShell script to remove bloatware. Analyzed and presented information about the Microsoft Teams built-in applications Approvals and Updates to determine if they should be used for hardware and software requests.

Worked with and assisted Ph.D. and MD-Ph.D. students with their research in the Josselyn Frankland Lab. Performed various tasks to assist the work of all members in the laboratory, including preparing buffer solutions for perfusion and storage of specimens and preparing gel-coated slides for stained specimens. Utilized the cryostat and vibratome to prepare sections of specimens. Prepared specimen slides using immunohistochemistry techniques to be viewed and analyzed using a fluorescence microscope.

Drafted a design for a full-stack Microsoft Teams Application Managed a group of other interns and divided up tasks that needed to be done each week and monitored progress throughout. Assisted with the development of a chatbot using Power Virtual Agents.

Shadowed Dr. Helen Bai in her private pediatrician office. Observed Dr. Bai's interactions with several patients and her duties between seeing patients. Assisted with filing patient records and other related PHI.

Planned and held training sessions for the Learn and Share Team at Spirit of Math Schools Inc. Oversaw a small group of Assistant Teachers and evaluated their performance throughout the school year. Assisted with planning and organizing online meetings between Teacher Assistants and students.

Assisted a myriad of students from Grades 1 to 10 on various types of high-level problems and concepts in mathematics. Facilitated a strong understanding and appreciation of mathematics in students from both online and in-person sessions.

Facilitated numerous events throughout the school year for the students at the Woodlands Secondary School. Collected feedback from the members of the grade to help plan the events and presented this feedback at meetings with the council.
