I was the primary technical resource for InMoment's business development group and a solution specialist for enterprise clients. I worked with industry leading contact centers, retailers, and foodservice brands every day on engaging customers and improving their customer's experience (CX). My responsibilities range from product demonstrations to conveying customer requirements and industry trends to InMoment's product teams. I worked with InMoment's business development group as the key technical advisor and product advocate for the Experience Hub™.

1 Girl 5 Gays (5 Seasons) I was fortunate to be a part of the cast of MTV Canada’s talk show 1 Girl 5 Gays. I joined the cast at the end of season 1 and made a big splash. Never one to shy away from giving my opinion I have forced my fellow cast members, laugh, cry, love and sometimes hate me. This show is a groundbreaking part of LGTB broadcasting history, and I’m very proud of my contribution. From this experience, I have had the opportunity to speak at Colleges across the GTA about a variety of LGTB issues and topics. 1 Girl 5 Gays is currently syndicated on MTV Canada, Fashion Television, Out TV, and in the USA on Logo. Jersey Shore - After Show (2 Seasons) I spent 2 seasons post GTL dishing on all things Shore. We filmed live in front of a studio audience and live into the homes of Jersey Shore fans across this great country.
