I launched SnapLoyalty, a mobile-first loyalty rewards platform built to be extremely affordable and seamlessly friendly for small businesses (salons, gyms, spas, restaurants, and more). Used and loved by thousands of clients worldwide. Here’s the full breadth of my work: • Architecture & Engineering: Designed and implemented full-stack systems including frontend UI, backend APIs, SMS workflows, and secure multi-user access • Product Development: Built mobile-first tools for customer enrollment, point tracking, and automated retention (e.g., inactivity reminders) • Business & Strategy: Defined pricing tiers, growth metrics, and managed customer onboarding/support • Operations: Handled dev ops, support flows, and lean roadmap planning based on user feedback

Full-stack developer on HUB, a B2B enterprise platform supporting retail operations. Contributed to both frontend and backend development, focusing on scalable architecture, clean code, and smooth user experience for business users

Worked with designers and business analysts to develop new features and UI enhancements for RQ, iQmetrix’s flagship retail management system used by mobile carrier stores across North America.

• Developed Ztitch and Ztitch+, Windows Phone applications (C#/Silverlight/JavaScript) for creating, navigating, and sharing 360° photo panoramas; accumulated over 200k downloads and handled hundreds of thousands of uploaded data • Devised and published innovative techniques to aid panoramic image construction • Started Windows Phone open source project for FAST (Features from Accelerated Segment Test)

• Researched methods to optimize and improve image feature detection on mobile devices • Generalized Ztitch to support user-generated videos

• Created a multiview video system (C#/Silverlight) to allow multiple videos be positioned and oriented simultaneously in a 3D space, by applying state-of-the-art computer vision algorithms

Developed Ztitch and Ztitch+, Windows Phone apps for 360° panoramas with over 200k downloads. I contributed novel image stitching techniques, launched an open-source FAST detector, and extended the app to support video. I also built a 3D multiview video system using computer vision methods

• Configured wireless communication test sets (Agilent 896, Anritsu 8470A, & CMU 200) to measure throughput speeds over different simulated network bands • Developed automation tools on Windows OS using AutoIT

• Automated tests on Nokia devices for nightly software builds and software releases • Created basic widgets using JavaScript to test Nokia’s Web Runtime library (white box tests)
