Worked in small team to design website for non-profit, resource amalgamation tool The Root Solutions. Designed relational database schema to properly represent relationships between resources hosted and endorsed by The Root Solutions.

Taught underlying concepts of web development using Ruby on Rails and AngularJS. Mentored and provided guidance for students’ capstone projects. Assisted with schema design, project planning, and identified MVP requirements in preparation for a live release.

* Authored quality assurance report with focus on client solutions’ user experience and presented the findings to the Managing Director of Technology. * Generated statement of work for company’s Cisco Invicta implementation solution. * Completed systems cost analysis for Cisco Invicta solution and competing products and presented the findings to the Managing Director of Technology.

* Managed SAP accounts and permissions per department managers requests via Footprints ticketing system. * Performed physical network security scan of corporate network and generated report on findings for management. * Authored company-wide procedures for various security protocols, VPN procedures, and PC deployments.

* Coordinated with Lead Business Consultant to transition the entire San Francisco facility from a traditional PBX voice infrastructure to CISCO VoIP solution. * Built large scale text parsing Java application to prune PBX raw output to automate setup of the VOIP dial plan. * Coordinated with Senior Business Consultant to create self-service system for printer management for San Francisco campus. * Co-designed backend relational database management system to track printer usage, user location, auto-fulfillment, and billing information. * Developed Java application to analyze and compare printer vendor database output with local database data.
