Worked as a financial analyst for a 50-unit, six-story luxury mixed-use development in Charlottesville, Virginia. Responsibilities: -Constant maintenance of the project Pro-Forma and other relevant documents used for both internal and external use. -Regular collaboration with other members of the project team including the project owner, architects, and accountants. -Perform market research of the Charlottesville area housing market using a variety of resources in order to provide best case practices to optimize the success of the development.

Served as a member of the employer relations team at the University of Virginia Career Services Center. Responsibilities: -Maintained relations between the UVA Career Center and recruiters -Contributed the organization of Career Center events including job fairs and on-campus interviews -Ensured constant updates the Career Center's website for student use, "Handshake", where applying to jobs and internships is readily available for students
