My current position: Head of Supply Chain Optimization project (13 affiliates all over Russia, more than 150 project team members, more than $10 Mln in yearly savings). My activities and responsibilities: - Develop, implement and monitor logistics and other projects helping achieving departmental targets: Customer Service Level, Cut freight, warehousing, manufacturing, utilities and other costs, - To analyze various logistics scenarios (impact of new Warehouses, change distribution networks etc.) - To liaise with business managers all over Russia to identify improvement initiatives. - To be #1 change agent for new processes, systems and tools and a driver of best practices (I can develop system and tools of ANY complexity on my own: professional VBA programming in MS Excel and MS Project) - To establish good communication and cooperation with the various departments in 20 WBD/PepsiCo affiliates. - Deep Supply chain knowledge and logistics “know how” (Deloitte, BCG, Nestle, PepsiCo best practices) - SAP APO expert (implementation of SAP APO in Nestle Ukraine)
