Coaching and consulting with line managers on needs analysis, design and delivery of competency-based supervisory and management development programmes to support organisational change across UK network.

* As member of CEVA Freight UK Executive team, contributing to development of business strategy and supporting HR strategy. * Managing mult-functional HR team covering full range of HR responsibilities for all levels of employee population of 600 over 11 sites. * Managing HR aspects of business change programmes (TUPE, new contract wins, redundancies, relocations etc). * Talent recruitment and development. * Managing relationships with key regulatory authorities.

* As member of Regional Management team, contributing to development of business strategy and supporting HR strategy for UK, Ireland, India, Middle East and South Africa. * Managing full HR service for managers and employees across the Region. * Managing business change programmes (TUPE, relocations, integrations, redundancies). * Managing recruitment programmes on behalf of the Regional Management team. * Managing training and development programmes.

Managing Employee Relations and recruitment support to up to 1,200 employees in sales, telesales, call-centres and operations. - Data analysis and provision of management information to the business.
