About
Andrew is Co-CEO of Apax, a leading global private equity advisory firm. He joined Apax in 1998, initially focusing on the tech sector where he was involved in several deals including Orange Switzerland, Inmarsat, Intelsat and TDC. Originally drawn to Apax by the opportunity to unearth new perspectives and to partner with ambitious management teams, Andrew - alongside fellow Co-CEO Mitch - has steered the firm’s expansion in recent years whilst ensuring investment performance remains the firm’s North Star. Under their tenure, Apax has more than doubled the size of its investment team as it has added new, synergistic products and capabilities, including Digital Growth, Impact, and Credit.
