The Security in Complex Environments Group (SCEG) forms part of ADS and represents the interests of its members from across the UK security industry both land and maritime. As Chairman of the Executive Committee, I work closely with the Director and pan industry committee members developing strategy and shaping policy to deliver industry best practice and maintain standards including key relationship management with various UK Government departments.

Andrew completed a twenty five year career in the Royal Marine Commandos before entering the maritime security industry and quickly progressing through senior project management to directorship. A founder member of P2P, he oversees all aspects of business functionality whilst maintaining overarching responsibility for operational capability, business development and compliance along with customer relations, working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide the optimum solution. He blends extensive military service with considerable industry knowledge to provide the strategic vision for future growth within the maritime sector and wider security risk management industry.
