I am an emerging Human Resources professional with a strong foundation in employee support, leadership, and organizational development. In my current role as a Human Resources Assistant, I support day-to-day HR operations, contribute to administrative processes, and help create a positive and efficient workplace environment. My background in residence life and community support has shaped my approach to HR. As a Residence Coordinator and Support Worker, I developed experience in conflict resolution, coaching, and supporting individuals through complex situations—skills that translate directly into employee relations and workplace support. I am particularly interested in employee experience, talent development, and building systems that help both individuals and organizations thrive.
