I am a seasoned Senior IT Manager with over 25 years of experience leading IT infrastructure and operations across both small businesses and large global enterprises. Currently, I head the Services division of a small IT hardware and services company, where I sit on the leadership team and report directly to the business owner. Prior to this, I held senior roles within global technology organizations of approximately 4,000 employees, managing IT operations across the EMEA region as part of a wider global IT team. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated strength in people management, leading infrastructure teams of 20+ direct reports and coordinating with numerous dotted-line reports across international locations. My technical oversight has included helpdesk, desktop support, server administration, networks, and telecoms. I am also an experienced project manager with a proven track record delivering both local and global IT infrastructure and facilities projects. My responsibilities have spanned full project lifecycles—from scoping and pricing to execution and stakeholder management. Known for my calm, solutions-oriented approach, I’m often regarded as the “go-to” person to resolve complex issues and drive results. I lead by example, setting high expectations for myself and my teams while fostering a “can-do” mindset and culture of accountability. In addition to managing internal IT environments, I bring over 10 years of expertise running Managed Service Operations, ensuring the delivery of reliable and efficient support to clients. Working within the ITIL framework to deliver at the highest level.
