* Identified existing network infrastructure * ¬Conducts inventory of Lab assets for Property accountability * ¬Manages the Remedy trouble ticket system, to prioritize and assign tasks to support customers. * ¬Performs infrastructure changes to Cable tray, and Power Bus Support to ensure lab safety during any situation. * ¬Plans and coordinates new network connections, via Consolidation point patch panels in 64,000 sq. ft. of lab space, to save on cable cost. * ¬Installed, configured, Computer server systems power and communication requirements, including VoIP and internet connectivity, to ensure it was neat and allowed proper air flow through the machines, to keep them from overheating. * ¬Coordinated configuration changes, in power and network connectivity, with customers to ensure limited down time. * Follows and implements Department of Defense (DoD) Security policies and procedures are followed; reporting any violations to Senior Management.
