Investigated internal problems with supplier parts and issued Supplier Corrective Action Reports to suppliers, communicated with suppliers on problem resolution. Worked with sourcing, purchasing, design engineers, assembly line teammates, manufacturing engineers, and suppliers, to solve issues collaboratively and develop a wide range of solutions to a wide range of problems. Analyzed blueprints and schematics to ensure supplier compliance with standards. Utilized the Component Qualification Process and collaborated with suppliers to qualify new production components. Organized and complied data to send out Quarterly Quality Scorecards to suppliers in order to continually assess quality of sourced components.

Being a shop supervisor, preforming preventative maintenance on machines in the wood and metal shop. Becoming proficient with Bambu 3D printing software for our rapid prototyping center. Was responsible for upholding shop safety regulations and ensuring everyone in the work environment practiced good safety protocols. Administered woodshop training to incoming freshman to teach and ensure woodshop proficiency.

Conducted egg packing operations, ensured mechanical operation of conveyors and packing machine. Worked mornings to gather loose eggs, pack eggs in layer boxes, and ensure well cared for chicken population. Preformed repair work on damaged sections of chicken barn and disrupted machinery. Helped with other farm duties, feeding cattle and goats, operating farm machinery, and ensuring farmyard was fully functioning. Was solely responsible for the 25,000 chicken barn while the farmer was out on vacation.
