Andrew has over 20 years experience in the industrial market and has been involved in a variety of real estate transactions throughout Perth’s industrial market and particularly the eastern and southern industrial corridor. He has a wide range of experience covering a number of real estate disciplines, which include sales of vacant and investment property together with leasing activity which includes design and construction of new accommodation. Andrew also has a broad knowledge of investment feasibility studies for industrial, commercial and residential property. Further expertise extends to providing advice to corporate clients on the strategy for the sale and leaseback of property. Clients have included local, national and international companies together with a variety of trusts and institutions. Andrew has been responsible for building Burgess Rawson’s strong market presence particularly through the Commercial and Industrial department over the Perth metropolitan area.
