Assisting the business & customers in resolving any issues, offering alternatives compromises & solutions to conclude any matters. Providing internal & external customers with an updated stock list, forecasting any trends for operations department managers & supervisors. Problem-shoot & solve any issues with department managers to prevent further reoccurrences thus, increasing efficiency.
