Responsible for underwriting and obtaining credit approval for new and existing commercial and consumer loan products to affluent private bank clients and related business entities. Determine loan structure, pricing and underwriting for loan approvals up to $50MM for asset-based financing of Commercial Real Estate, Marketable Securities, Aircraft, Marine, and Unsecured products. Designated for process development projects and Team Lead for specialty and high profile investment reviews, including Commercial, Hedge Fund, Private Equity portfolios. Analytical experience in investigating diverse Individual/Company finances, loan documents and other due diligence items to identify risk tolerances through stress testing and market research. Ensure all GWIM credit facilities in maintain accurate risk ratings to ensure compliance with internal loan underwriting guidelines and federal regulations.
