I have been in retail sales for twenty plus years, the last sixteen years spent with Best Buy. During that time I have worked the sales floor in a supervisor or management position and in operations as a key holding supervisor. I have worked in five Best Buy locations grand opening two the Manhattan Beach (El Segundo) location and the Glendora location. During these years through networking, mentors and extensive sales and leadership trainings I was able to grow within the company. My responsibilities included interviewing/hiring process, coaching/training, developing industry leading sales teams and evaluating store/dept. business metrics and planning. Accountable for the execution of strategic planning to meet key performance revenue goals and positive growth (MTD, YTD and YOY). To work closely with 3rd party representatives to manage the brands, plan and grow the business, create trainings for the sales team and drive the customer experience.
