I’ve been with Markwell Foods since 2005 and have seen the business grow into a respected name in the industry. My focus has always been on building strong teams, shaping a culture that people want to be part of, and making sure we deliver on what we promise. Most days are a mix of working with the team, solving problems as they come up, and keeping close to the numbers and product decisions. I like to keep things practical, stay curious, and let good people get on with doing great work. Outside of work, you’ll find me on the tennis court, learning my way around the golf course, or enjoying time with family and old mates.
