Chief Executive Officer @ Westpac PNG

About

As a highly regarded Chief Executive with 17 years of experience, I have worked in and led a variety of private companies, public companies, joint ventures and government authorities. I have a track record of delivering growth and scale while developing people, processes, and platforms. Having worked both nationally and internationally, my career demonstrates proven capability in creating ground-breaking social enterprises, mobilising start-up organisations, implementing organisational change in mature businesses, leading innovation strategies and investment, and managing large-scale capital projects–all within a triple bottom line construct. I have worked in multiple industries–banking, impact finance, IT&T, software development, housing, pay television, engineering, electronic payments, recruitment, manufacturing, thermoplastics, ventilation, water and waste management. I have considerable practical experience in motivating and mobilising genuine deep and productive relationships. I create new ecosystems within the business and broader community to address the commercial pressures being experienced by the traditional constructs. I have always worked to the mantra that the outcome is more important than the ownership and I have based my working ethos on true collaboration being the defining skill set and enabler of the future. As a skilled and respectful practitioner in the delivery of new and complex ecosystems providing national and international community stakeholder outcomes across multiple sectors and organisations, you can do good business and be a good business at the same time.
