Leading the development and execution of Singtel Group and Optus’ Group-wide sustainability strategy across Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) pillars. Secretariat to the Singtel Board Sustainability Committee. Key achievements and recognitions include: -Positioned Singtel Group as the first company in Asia Pacific (excluding Japan) to receive SBTi-approved carbon emission and Net Zero targets (2017). -Drove award-winning sustainability initiatives resulting in Singtel Group recognitions: -Sustainability Impact Awards (2023) -Singapore Apex Corporate Sustainability Awards (2023) -President’s Award for the Environment (2019) -President's Champion for Social Enterprise (2021) for Singtel Future Makers -President's Volunteer and Philanthropy Award (2024) Secured consistent global recognition through inclusion in: -Global 100 Most Sustainable Corporations -FTSE4Good Index -CDP Climate Leadership listings -Ethisphere’s World’s Most Ethical Companies -Steward Leadership 25 (SL25) Awards In September 2023, Andrew was recognised as the #1 Sustainability Leader in the Telecommunications Sector by Mobile Magazine, for exemplary leadership in driving ESG innovation and impact across the industry.

Led the transformation, restructuring and integration of the Group's IT operations across Singapore and Australia

-Served as an internal talent and executive coach within the Optus and Singtel Group leadership and talent development program, having coached over 180 emerging and senior leaders over the past decade. -In addition to leadership coaching, I provide career coaching to empower individuals to take ownership of their professional growth and aspirations. - A key focus of my work has been advancing gender and cultural diversity in leadership by actively supporting the development of women in leadership and strengthening the female talent pipeline, aligned with company’s Diversity and Inclusion strategy

-Led the expansion of Optus’ sustainability agenda to fully encompass Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) dimensions. -Conducted Optus’ first climate scenario and adaptation analysis in 2014, demonstrating early leadership in climate risk management. -Aligned Optus with the Group’s science-based sustainability targets, establishing SBTi-approved emissions reduction goals in 2017. -Recognised in 2024 at the Twimbit Asia Pacific Awards for sustainability innovation; awarded the Ace ESG Award. - Earned international recognition in 2024 through inclusion in the Steward Leadership 25 (SL25) for the Digital Thumbprint program, highlighting leadership in digital and social impact.

-Concurrently acting in the position of the Optus Vice President for Human Resources to develop and establish the company's People 2023 strategic and transformation roadmap. - Led the company’s Covid 19 pandemic response and workforce strategy.

The Advisory Board provides strategic advice on issues relevant to the current and future development of the Business School. These include advice on governance, transparency, responsibility, sustainability, and the development of the research portfolio, education curriculum, student career development and professional development programs.
