Having worked in the Victorian Building and Construction industry for more than 26 years, this has provided a comprehensive understanding of construction processes and the ability to manage and deliver stakeholders requirements. Having a strong grounding of all facets of the building processes from foundations through to finishing trades, and the financial management knowledge to round out the level of experience required to further develop myself. My motivation as a Senior Project Manager is to completely understand the deliverables for each client, understand the scope from every angle and work together with the project team to provide the ultimate outcome for our clients and employer. Taking a calm approach to any circumstance provides the clients a strong sense of trust in me and the project team that nothing will impede the project from meeting its requirements on time, under budget and to the highest quality.
