I have been employed in the grinding department at Big3 precision/tooling division for 21 months. Been required to hold tolerances at .0002 on a regular basis. Like all toolmakers we build our own fixtures. Which requires us to operate manual lathes and mills. Along with our cnc operations. We are a full service IBM/EBM mold shop. We build tooling from the ground up, in shop, and also rework preexisting molds that we have made and also rework molds from other tooling companies. We are very proud of our professional atmosphere and state of the art shop. That being, said here at Big3 we hold are toolmakers with the highest regard because they have helped build our company that competes on a World Market. With our own Engineering team on site. Our Management team is well equipped to be able to predict and control build time for tooling. First hand quality assurance, and hands on knowledge to give our customer the best product possible.
