Currently managing transformation @FST Division Corteco is the main theme in my professional career: defining new processes, improving business processes, setting up successful projects and enabling and improving cross-functional collaboration by "connecting the dots" to ensure success now and in future. Furthermore, I am a cross-functional, passionate, and intuitive holistic thinker with an agile and get-it-done spirit. Having multiple years of experience in FMCG in a global team, I was guiding different brands to the next level of customer experience in a fast-paced digital environment. I am a believer that data should drive decisions but with creativity to support it.
