Continuous Improvement Manager @ Rangen Group

About

Manufacturing and continuous improvement leader with over a decade of experience driving operational excellence across multi-site facilities in the food and nutrition industry. In my current role as Continuous Improvement Manager at Rangen, LLC, I am leading the implementation of a Lean-based management system across 13 manufacturing facilities serving Pet, Livestock, and Aquaculture markets. My work focuses on aligning strategy with daily operations — building standard work, visual management, layered audit systems, and a culture of problem solving that empowers teams at every level to drive sustainable improvement. I believe great operations are built on three things: disciplined systems, developed people, and a shared sense of purpose. My background spans plant management, P&L ownership, safety and quality compliance, KPI development, and team leadership — giving me a ground-level perspective that I bring into every CI initiative I lead. Bilingual (English/Spanish). Always open to connecting with CI, operations, and manufacturing professionals who are passionate about building better organizations — one improvement at a time.
