I am a mechatronics engineer with an MSc in Mechanical Engineering and a PhD in Robotics, specialized in coordinating and aligning the cross-disciplinary development of complex systems—mechanical, electronic, electrical, control, and software. My unique strength is a systems-level perspective, which enables me to: • Orchestrate multidisciplinary teams to deliver fully integrated solutions. • Ensure that each component (mechanical, electronic, software, communications) evolves in synergy and meets R&D milestones. 🎯 Key Achievements Implemented a SAFe 6.0 process across four teams (≈20 people) spanning diverse disciplines, taking products from concept to market. Led the design, development, and validation of a surgical robot for CE/FDA certification—defining high-level functionality and coordinating alignment between robotics, mechanical, electronic, control, and validation teams. Created Unity-based simulators connected via OPC UA, unifying sensor data and CAD models for iterative mechatronics testing. Developed robotic cells for various applications, enabling information exchange through industrial architectures.
