Currently working as a Data & ML Engineer at BairesDev, where I architect, build, and maintain large-scale data pipelines, manage the company’s Data Lake, and develop high-quality data transformations to support Data Analytics, Data Science, and ML products. I also design internal tools for access management, cost monitoring, and deploy LLM/RAG solutions integrated with Databricks, MLflow, OpenAI, and Groq for low-latency use cases. Previously, I spent 3 years as a Machine Learning Engineer at Creditas, where I designed and built a complete MLOps platform from scratch—combining open-source technologies with custom-built components. This platform automated the entire ML lifecycle (feature engineering, model deployment, CI/CD, monitoring, and data/concept drift detection), eliminating production bottlenecks and enabling the Data Science team to deploy fully monitored models in less than one day. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Control and Automation Engineering (FEI) and an MBA in Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence (FIAP). Earlier in my career, I worked on the Itaú Personal Finance Manager, developing microservices for high-volume, mission-critical systems using Kafka, Cassandra, Java, and Python
