I am a User Experience Researcher with strong graphic design skills. I also have experience working in customer service, social media management and language tutoring. My most recent position was operations assistant at PagBank (SP, Brazil). In this role, I was dealing with sales demands, internal quality control documentation and analysis of the fee negotiations. I mastered my problem-solving ability, learned how to provide the best services to customers and apply analytical and critical thinking while dealing with ambiguous situations at work. Currently, I am mastering my UX and UI skills and looking for career/internship opportunities in the field (remotely or in person in Sweden). My desired occupations are a customer support specialist, an account manager, an application or webpage developer or a sales representative.
