• Lead the Human Resources team (10 people) in their various areas: Organizational Development, Recruitment and Selection, Training, Worker Welfare and Admin. Area, • Responsible for design and implement HR policies that are capable to promote the organization development, namely: o Carrer Development and Succession Plan, o Performance evaluation and 360º evaluation, o Measure the workers satisfaction and motivation using different surveys, o Set up the strategic goals for the different departments, o Policies that define organizational culture: Ethic Code, Conflict of Interest Policy, Internal Rules, Absenteeism Policy, Merit Policy, etc. • Development of KIPI’s and implement continuous improvement strategies based on the analises of these indicators; • Design, in partnership with the board members, the company´s annual budget. • Definition of the compensation and benefits policy and annual review it to adjust to the market salary bands; • Develop and update whenever it´s necessary the company´s job descriptions; • Recruitment and selection for different hierarchical levels through national and international recruitment processes; • Alignment with production department to define efficient strategies that ensure the labour force required for the campaigns (350 fixed workers + 800 seasonal workers) reducing turnover; • Decide and develop company´s training programs – internal and external – for the office and for the field workers. • Coordinate company's Worker Welfare programs: health programs, Workers' Committee, Accommodation for seasonal workers, etc; • Control the payroll process; • Ensure the integrity and quality of HR databases.

• Responsible for all the recruitment and selection processes in the company; • Workers Admissions and contract resolutions; • Supervision and creation of trainee programs with several companies; • Responsible for supervising and evaluating internships performance; • Administrative tasks inherent to the HR department such as absenteeism management; vacancies control, occupational health, payroll.
