• Lead and control skilled labor and work crews engaged in all activities concerned with the sandblasting, painting and coating works aspects of the project. • Ability to optimize resources (manpower, equipment and materials) to ensure efficient and timely completion of the works. • Good organizational skills, following policies, procedures and work practices, and developing improvements where necessary. • Ability to read, interpret and follow method statements and procedures. • Competent in reading and understanding specifications, drawings, and all other discipline related project and engineering documentation. • Keeps records of all work completed. • Commands respect of his workforce, and develops excellent working relationships with all other department personnel as well as client management. • Ensures that work crews are properly supplied with tools, equipment and materials. • Able to give instructions in an efficient and effective way to workforce. • Lead and supervise workers in mixing and blending paint, removing old paint from surfaces, repairing and cleaning surfaces, and applying coatings to surfaces. • Familiar with and enforces strict compliance with all Quality and Safety procedures, plus all Company rules and regulations. • Prepare technical documentation; • Establish operating parameters; • Provides technical assistance on painting, whenever appropriate; • Develop procedures and associated process sheets dyeing processes; • Studying, preparing and participating in the commissioning of new investments; • Establish choice of corrosion protection system; • Pursue compliance dyed product quality according to current regulations; • I follow the procedures, work instructions and technologies; • Updating work procedures; • Develop quality documents requested related to the operation of painting with liquid paint. • Calculate and prepare necessarily quite raw materials and consumables relating to the production department.

Identification and preparation of packaging materials, based on the manufacturing and delivery schedule; Identifying and tracing in production of all the products to be delivered; Coordination, tracking and ensure that all product preparation operations for packaging and delivery to the customer are according to procedures; Coordinate, track and ensure that the finishing process of the parts follows the procedures of cleaning, grinding, sand-blasting, painting (parts to be painted internally)and/or shipment to third parties for painting (parts to be painted externally); Preparation of supplies needed for blasting, polishing and painting operations; Proposes measures to improve technological processes; Collaborate with the other departments in production so that the production plan is carried out as planned; Communicates the number of pallets for delivery and proposes the loading time to the commercial department.

• Production Shift Leader Knowledge of the technological flow of production department. • Knowledge of all working parameters established by the regulation of production and work instructions for all equipment in the sector. • Provide technical and material conditions for achieving full labor standards on each job. • Ensure each job with tooling, checking devices and consumables necessary for the development of the production process. • Verification during working hours in order to work over implementation of rules by each worker; • Following consumption of raw materials in accordance with instructions received; Disposal of corrective measures work parameters for enrollment in specific consumption of raw materials; • Training subordinated to the rules of production in force. • Preparing for his staff to schedule free for this and next month and vacation days. • Monitor and verify compliance by all personnel subordinate to obligations under : regulation of production, internal rules , work instructions , safety instructions and health at work , emergency instructions. • Responsible for the quantity and quality of work and compliance with deadlines specified. • Training according to the norms and laws of subordinate staff on work safety line , making OSH and fire training at work and periodic training.
