Starting February 2023, METAMINDS is managed under a dual governance model (two-tier management structure), overseen by a non-executive Supervisory Board (presided by Ovidiu Ghiman) and an executive Board of Directors of 5, of which I am the President. This new dualistic governance model is our response to best accommodate a growing number of customers to the portfolio and the company’s plans to set up new business lines and attract investment. By my side, a team of exquisite professionals who have placed the company on the map of top players in the industry, and made it possible for METAMINDS to make the Financial Times 1000 Fastest Growing Companies ranking for 3 consecutive years. Following an academic background in both physics and economics and 3 years into my career as a Physics Assistant Professor, I took a shift toward business development and sales for IBM, HP and Asesoft Technologies for the following 14 years. METAMINDS was the organic and obvious next step of my career, once I realized I could make a difference and create real value for customers as an entrepreneur.
