Managed passive candidate recruiting functions, using Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and Internet sourcing to identify potential candidates. Effectively applied social media expertise and innovative approach, including Boolean searches and prospecting with cold calls, to successfully fill positions offering below market salaries or in less desirable geographic locations in the Financial Services, Healthcare, IT, Sales, and Service arenas nationwide.

I am responsible for the entire HR Operation of a growing Substance Abuse treatment center while overseeing a staff of two. Selected and implemented the organizations first Human Resource Information System. Selected and implemented the organizations first 401k program and revamped all benefits and PTO plans for staff to make the organization more competitive with larger organizations. Designed and implemented the organizations recruitment program and designed all competency assessments for each position. Designed and implemented the organizations onboarding program. Redesigned the organizations performance management program. Design and deliver the organizations management training and oversee staff training in all areas. Serve as a subject matter expert in Human Resources to the organization and facilitate its growth.
