Responsible for presenting the compound with its benefits and services to the new and interested clients, negotiation, preparing all paperwork and signing the contract. Deliver the apartment as requested by the client, keeping a good relation with the technical team and the suppliers; - Developing and implementing the sales strategy and updating the contracts when needed/requested under management indication; - Developing and coordinating the indirect sales channels (real estate companies, embassies, relocation companies, …). Negotiating all the commercial contractual terms; - Making price analyses as needed to stay competitive with the other developments. Assisting with the market research, all marketing activities, strategies and the advertising campaign; - Responsible for the relation and lease contracts with the tenants, active involvement in their request (addendum to the contracts, documents for the opening of a registered office, ...)

* Preparing all the necessary documents and reports related to the store and its employees. * Analyzing the inventory and make special purchase based on sales needs and leaders products. * Responsible for strict control of stock, following the execution of internal control procedures, inventory and security, participating actively to limit theft and damaged products. * Coordinating the sales plan, the image of the store and the tasks of the employees in order to reach the monthly budget. * Recruiting, training, developing and evaluating the in store team. * Resolving team conflicts and sustaining a healthy and productive working environment and good relations between management and employees. * Establishing clear objectives for the organization of work in the store, seting individual goals and collective team, in accordance with the job description. * Dealing with problematic or difficult clients.

* Establishing meetings with potential clients. * Presenting the project, with its benefits and advantages. * Dealing with the clients problems and resolving it. * Preparing the schedule and inspecting the apartments for final reception between parties. * Negotiations regarding the Sales and Purchase Contract. * Preparing all necessary documents for the final sales with the notary.

* Lead sales with continuous involvement in the leasing process including leasing apartment homes, renewing leases, developing the team’s skills, marketing Stejarii community, and monitoring market conditions * Identify performance measures and assess and recommend changes. Ensure the provision of opportunities and convert opportunities into sales * Focus on improving sales and after sales team performance and permanent development of sales operations * Coordinate the Technical team to ensure property site conditions are in good working order * Maintain an open door policy with residents to provide outstanding after sales service and build lasting relationships
