Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the organization’s real estate portfolio and facilities. This includes developing and implementing a strategic approach across multiple sites and geographies to optimize operational efficiency and workplace experience. Leading and supporting Real Estate & Facilities Management teams, ensuring seamless operations, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives. Accountable for compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, risk management, and sustainability initiatives. - Inspection of plants and machineries and preparation of the relevant valuation reports for financial or other purposes - Feasibility studies for investment projects plans - Certification of EU/Nation Development plans

- Maintain, monitor and enhance the performance management of the Group. - Plan and implement a comprehensive performance management and automation plans and enforce the performance cycle. - Advise top management on the policies and procedures necessary to advance individual performance in alignment with Groups business objectives. - Establish and implement competency & Kpi’s models for the various Group's worldwide positions and provide guidance to assess performance. - Implement the competency framework system and train department heads to carry out competency assessment.

- Accountable to develop, start up and manage operations of a business project for the establishment & operation of a new production plant (investment budget €4.5m) - Design & implement business processes to optimise the collaboration of a cross-functional team comprising Production and Packaging Operations, Information Systems, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Development, Finance, and Legal. - Strategy planning, determination of medium & long term business goals & direct required actions to achieve them - Develop and control profit and budget plans, company representation to banks, public services, suppliers & customers - Direct and manage all daily plant operations with overall responsibilities for production, supply chain, planning, maintenance, quality and other business related activities - Design and develop of new business plan for further investments within the factory: new machinery / production lines, NPIs, NCIs, leasing contracts, submission to development law (€3.5m), acquisition preparation - Manage all employees, and responsible for the performance management, training plan and hiring within the site - Develop & implement: the relevant company ERP System (Soft1), the company Product Traceability system and the Continuous Improvement System that minimise compressing process defects - Productivity data analysis & monthly reporting to board & shareholders

- Lead and support all departments in the achievement of their financial and operational targets - Establishing and tracking budget / Financial & operational reporting - Sourcing, negotiation, procurement, market analysis, logistics, supplier relations and QA - Sourced key suppliers, focusing on cost and quality to consistently ensure the best possible deals on products - Managing day to day activity - Health, safety and security of guests, colleagues & infrastructure - Coming up with new strategies and processes - Monitor & develop team member performance, training & payroll - Guest satisfaction process / Customer complaint management - Establish and develop KPI’s / SOP’s - Primary liaison with owners

Rendering consulting services to various business sectors such as: Pharmaceutical Industry, Food Manufacturing Companies, Insurance Companies and several Retail & Services companies My main duties in projects were to: - Οptimise operations, procedures, and systems in all departments of the client - Identify & actualise opportunities of improvement in productivity and quality - Develop and install Management systems to re-engineer departments’ operations - Measure the productivity results in economic terms and the quality via agreed indicators with client - Record in detail all activities performed in departments - Identify action plans to improve operations in departments - Follow-up implementation of Management systems in departments involved, and implement changes and evaluate results in departments involved - Identifying weaknesses in order to provide solutions to issues that concern a number of departments within each company such as: Production, Logistics, Accounting, Sales in order to increase productivity

- Supervise smooth functioning of the production process - Production schedule design - Plan and coordinate production engineering processes on daily basis to produce high quality products - Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages - Provide training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals - Monitoring and ordering supplies - Preparation of bids and execution of orders - Register new producion orders into the ERP system ( Navision ) - Analysis/Estimation of the production costs - Customer Quotes/ RFQs participation

- Participation in conduction of quality audits (ISO) and release of the relevant reports - Identification of noncompliance and opportunities of improvement - Design, documentation and maintenance of company’s processes

- Process improvements, layout design, new product introduction (NPIs) and product transfer from one site to another - Liaison with customers, suppliers and contractors to ensure that work is completed to time and specification - Major projects have included the assistance in the transfer of repair activities from one site to another and led a project team in the introduction of new products into the business
