During my short time at Monjasa I got introduced to bunkering and trading activities, with focus on the North American markets. Daily tasks consisting of trading and sourcing of bunker fuels to clients, as well as operational coordination for physical deliveries, primarily in USGC.

Project Manager (PMO), with responsibility for roll out of a new global commercial blue print, within Scandinavia and Baltic. 6 months assignment in Gdansk, Poland with direct reporting to Regional Director & HQ in Hamborg. Introduction of new operational and communication system, and enrolling all colleagues. Close collaboration with regional directors and managers, to support and reach the new KPI targets.

Procurement lead with responsibility for depot vendors within Scandinavia and Baltic Area. Conducting analysis of the Danish, Swedish, Finish and Polish market. Development of levers, and strategic partnerships with selected depot vendors. Negotiations with current & new vendors and internal / external stakeholders.

Navigator within a Global Procurement Project in Le Havre, France (Remote). Conducting analyzes on the French Market for inland transportation. Development of levers and supporting the implementation phase. Organized and launched a Vendor Day as part of the tender phase. Negotiations with local vendors and internal/external stakeholders.
