We managed to have almost everyday functions and more customers by signed an agreement with new travel agencies.

During my tenure at the Ascos Coral Beach Hotel in both 1999 and 2003, the establishment exclusively catered to English-speaking clientele and operated under an Adults Only all-inclusive model. In 2001, I was honored to receive an award from the Tsokkos Group of Hotels in recognition of my contributions. The hotel consistently achieved full occupancy throughout the year and received commendations from First Choice, Thomas Cook, and Airtours for its distinction as the premier Adults Only hotel.

I have had the privilege of knowing the company owner, Mr. Papavasiliou, since 1998, when Louis Hotels entered into a partnership with First Choice. Our primary objective was to enhance and elevate the standards and services of the Blue Bay Hotel. A dedicated team of four individuals collaborated effectively to achieve this goal, resulting in the hotel receiving accolades from both First Choice and Louis Hotels. In 2003, the owners appointed me to establish a new hotel in the Kiotari area. During its inaugural year, we welcomed 900 English guests to our 147 rooms and bungalows. Following this initial success, we expanded the hotel by adding additional rooms, dining establishments, and three children's clubs, thereby increasing our capacity to accommodate 1,400 guests from diverse nationalities, including English, German, and Italian. Simultaneously, we developed plans for further expansion of the hotel, targeting a total capacity of 3,200 guests. However, I was subsequently presented with a significant opportunity from Tsokkos Hotels to take over the Ascos Hotel, which I decided to pursue.
