Mechanical and electrical installation of automation systems with industrial robots. Was the only installer that made installations on my own including, mechanical and electrical installation, booting, testing and programming.

Testing, verification, optimisation of new developed positioners. Since the positioners were mass-produced and were delivered all over Europe the test had to be carried out with high accuracy and the documentation had to be of high quality.

Technical support and troubleshooting to customers including, electronics, mechanics, programming and welding. Took part both by visiting customer sites and via telephone. The position also included to boot, test and program new automation systems with industrial robots. To give support to customers requires safeness, calmness and the ability to create good relationships with the customers, as the situations often are pressured. My assignments abroad have developed my ability to understand and co-operate with people from other cultures.

Coaching individuals towards a job

Leadership training and leadership development in shape of work shops, lectures and coaching. Teambuilding and work shops on value-system with the purpose to create a common ground and commitment for further development. Development of leadership training programs and teambuilding work shops. (Part time job beside the studies)

Checking in and checking out guests, administration and booking. Running the bar and serve the conferences. Developed my skills of creating win-win situations in negotiation with the customers. (Part time job beside the studies)
