Automated GPS and testing data workflows using Python, reducing processing time from days to minutes and enabling real-time updates. Designed and developed interactive dashboards for coaching staff to monitor training and match performance, including player comparisons, drill breakdowns, and load management insights. Created two Python programs to evaluate hip and ankle flexibility, cutting testing time from multiple gym sessions to under 30 minutes. Structured and enriched large unorganized datasets with new contextual variables (e.g., date, micro cycle, session/game number) to improve performance analysis. Proposed and initiated innovative projects in player profiling, rehab models, and predictive performance analytics to support data-driven decision-making. Delivered concise post-testing and daily training reports with visual performance targets, enabling coaches to track trends, identify fatigue, and optimize session planning. Collaborated closely with coaching staff to ensure analytics tools aligned with the club’s tactical, technical, and physical performance goals.
