- Coordinating international outbound shipments and managing end-to-end export documentation (DG and non-DG). - Collaborating with internal teams and 3PL providers to optimise inventory levels, improve service levels, and maintain low stock variances, using SAP and Excel-based reporting tools. - Managed purchase orders, order fulfillment processes, and tracking delivery schedules. - Contributed to post-acquisition supply chain integration and driving process improvements.

Thesis completed in Smart Cities. More specifically, I am researching and analysing how the impact of Covid-19 on purchasing behaviour could help achieve smart city goals. Course units: Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Marketing Management, Digital Analytics, Marketing Strategies for Digital Start-ups, Business Communications, Smart Cities, Management IT and Information Systems, Operations, and Finance. Achievement: better networking, analytical skills, and problem-solving. Thesis publication & participation in the "6th International Conference of smart data and smart cities".

In my third year of university, I had the opportunity to participate in an exchange program. I decided to take the risk and go abroad to continue my studies for a year. Melbourne was my destination. Course units: Project Management, Event Management, Entrepreneurship, International trade and Logistics, Managing Markets, Managing people, Diversity and Conflict, and HRM. Achievement: cultural understanding, become more open-minded, proactive, and adaptable to new environments.

I attended conferences and lectures at Saint Mary’s College, visited international companies and start-ups in Silicon Valley.

As part of my bachelor's degree, I experienced 10 days of lectures, conferences at Fudan University, and visited international companies and worldwide events such as the "Mobile World Congress" in Shanghai.
