Configure, install and troubleshoot CISCO base networks (routers, switches, terminal, servers). Implement and apply configurations to local and wide area network systems, including routers, switches and media converters. Provide the NGA with multiple mobile solutions for Continuity of Operations, Crisis Support, First Response, Technical Support, to local and deployed personnel allowing for real-time communications and collaboration both CONUS and OCONUS. Provide labor and materials including moves, adds, changes, remedial maintenance, configuration, documentation, vendor interface and recapitalization in support of the following devices: smartphones, lap tops, and tablets. Responsibilities also include, but are not limited to Inventory, configuration, issuance, and return-to-inventory procedures for the following equipment: Laptops. smartphones, tablets, iPads, and CAC readers. Imaging, configuration, and troubleshooting of classified and unclassified laptops and tablets.

Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization. Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes. Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues. Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.
