This is my family's business. Previous to starting the hot tub manufacturing, our company produced Hot Tub Covers. In addition to all the administration duties, I was also very involved in the manufacturing process. -Vinyl Fabric cutting using an industrial cutting knife -Constant analysis of product and procedure to improve speed and reduce cost -Overseeing a sewing staff of up to 8 - on premises and off site -Set up and maintenance of Bills of Materials During this time, I designed and produced a range of Pet Carriers made from vinyl that were purchased by a local wholesale pet supply company for distribution to multiple retail stores.
