Supervision of adult and youth offenders who are placed on Community Court Orders. This includes Probation Orders, Conditional Sentence Orders, and Conditional Discharge Orders. Providing these clients with the service referrals that are needed for a successful outcome. This may include addictions & mental health Counselling and/or detox and rehabilitation Programs. Preparing Pre-Sentence Reports for those who have been convicted and are required to appear before the Court for sentencing. This includes interviews and investigations into the offenders history with themselves and collateral sources. Preparing Breach Allegation Reports in the event of non-compliance. Conducting risk assessments under the LSCMI guideline and preparing relevant case plans with a client centered approach. This includes collaboration with Social Development, local schools, police agencies, and correctional facilities.
