I have spent most of my career engaging and recruiting within membership organizations. One of my key attributes is understanding and building member value from the membership itself and partner engagements. I developed and managed a long term volunteer internship program. Within my administration experience, I have implemented and been a super-user of CRM systems from the perspective of membership organizations and small businesses. I am strong in building and maintaining client relationships, new business development and community management through strategic use of social media & website management, project management and event planning. I have an extensive network in the business sector. I am an energetic people-person, a self-starter and see avenues for opportunity ‘outside the box’. I have great sense of humor, am creative, proactive, and results-oriented and enjoy the high pace of having many balls in the air simultaneously. As a former Olympic Biathlete, I enjoy being a part of a team and organization utilizing my network, my business knowledge and my sporting background.
