Andrea Mondor, MBA, ICD.D

I’m a proud Alberta entrepreneur and the founder of ROAR Transitions — a specialized advisory practice built on the belief that leadership transitions shouldn’t just be managed… they can be mastered. With over 450 clients across 11 industries, I bring, in collaboration with our great ROAR team, strategic insight and a hands-on approach to navigating change. My work is rooted in governance excellence and leadership effectiveness, supported by my ICD.D designation and an MBA, along with decades of experience in strategy, organizational design, and board-CEO dynamics. At ROAR, we believe in the momentum and opportunity of change. We partner with governance and executive leaders to face complexity head-on, seize opportunity, and emerge stronger. I am honoured to serve as a Member of NorQuest College’s Workforce Advisory Committee and have served as Vice-Chair of Edmonton Screen, on the Alberta School of Business Advisory Council, and as Edmonton Event Chair for the UN Women SHEInnovates Alberta Chapter. I previously served on the University of Alberta Senate, where I chaired the 2016–2020 Nomination of Chancellor Committee. At my core, I’m an enthusiastic, lifelong student and builder — of leaders, organizations, and community. I’m also proudly married to Paul and mom to our amazing daughter, Ella. And when I’m not working or volunteering, you’ll most likely find me on the tennis court, chasing the next great rally.
