* Responsible for the certification of hardware, software, and network modifications for the production environments * reviewing the change control for the systems and platforms * working closely with the programming staff, certification department, relationship management, implementation specialists, and fee billing group to define and document requirements, business unit processes, and desk procedures * auditing and product review as required * participating in disaster recovery exercises where appropriate * and utilizing systems such as Concourse, Lexcel, Connex Environmental Database (CED), HP ALM-Quality Center, and Beyond Compare to complete these tasks.

* Responsible for managing reports, analyzing disputes, and processing adjustments for gateways * analyzing network rules documentation, and case history for pre-arbitration and arbitration * and assisting clients and processors with a wide array of customer service related issues.

* Utilized Microsoft Excel extensively to extract and prepare data for multiple gateways including, but not limited to Visa, AFFN Gateway, EFunds Gateway, and Debit Solutions * assisting, as needed, with processing network adjustments and researching cases * and completing other duties as requested.

* Tested PULSE products and services with issuer and acquirer processors by performing tasks including, but not limited to: making configuration changes in the Connex Environmental Database (CED) to test the execution of the client's code in the certification environment * executing test plans vial Lexcel simulators * utilizing knowledge of the ISO 8583 message structure, specifications manuals, and technical addendum's to analyze the online messages * detecting failures so that defects may be corrected * and documenting issues and overall test results.
