I have spent 4 years in customer-facing roles where I had to provide outstanding customer service. In the past 2 years, I have also immersed myself in the Education sector where I have worked with students from all walks of life and from the age range 11-50+. Whilst at University I was a language organisation ambassador, I had to go to schools to promote modern languages and encourage students to take up languages for their GCSE and A-Level. Additionally, whilst on my year abroad in Paris 2016-2017 carried out various administrative tasks such as answering calls, responding to emails and queries from customers, inputting customer data on Excel and managing some aspects of customers' payments.
