• Assisting in the recruitment and crew employment processes, selecting candidates and ensuring that they are appointed on the required on board positions in accordance with VMS procedures and agreed terms and conditions; • Responsible for all the crew administration being up to date, certificates check list filled in and all documents obtained prior embarking; • Participating in yearly audit processes together with Technical Department; • Assisting in preparation of crew budgets and monitoring their adherence through effective cost control, issuing contracts; • Planning, implementing, controlling crew changes and making appropriate arrangements in compliance with vessel management system.

• Planning and managing course “Methodology in Economic Research”; • Giving lectures to the students of the 1st master year programme; • Conducting seminars, presentations and consultations; • Preparing project reports.
