1. Factory Audit (before production) + Assist Project Manager for factory audit: review factory document (IQC standard, QCP document, Product certificate,etc. and on-site inspection (worker operation, machine set-up, on-site quality control, reports/records, etc.)） + Verify corrective action after factory audit + Review and Complete audit report before sending to the Client. 2. Supervise project execution (during production process) + Verify project documents before production (Product certificate, BOM, IQC, IPQC, etc,.) + On-site quality control through daily inspection production monitoring (product type, BOM, worker operation, machine parameter set-up, in-process quality control,ect.) + Conduct pre-shipment inspection to timely prevent unqualified product shipped to the Client. + Verify and process project datas (pre-shipment inspection data, lab test data, daily inspection data,ect,.) before sent to Client. + Complete daily inspection report and pre-shipment report to send the Client. + Arrange independent testing with third-party testing centers as needed. + Supervise container loading and review/process OQC data to ensure no unqualified product shipped to the Client.

1. Project management: independently manage the whole project from producion beginning to shipment. + Directly communicate to the Client with all issues occurred during daily production and prodvide the corresponding corrective action. + Verify and process all datas ralated to the production before providing to the Client (daily report, daily testing, lab test, pre-shipment inspection data, OQC data, etc.) . + Follow production plan and timely feedback delivery schedule to the Client. + Feedback the client's requirements to the corresponding departments and ensure that the requirements are met. 2. Contract Review + Review the clauses of the contract relatated to technique and quality then co-ordinate with orther departments to ensure the feasibility of the project. 3. 8D Report + Co-ordinate with other departments to collect datas and complete 8D report. Ensure that 8D report meets the client's requirements and be able to solve the issues. 4. Factory Audit + Provide documents and certificates to the Clients. + Resolve the Client's issues during the Audit to minimize Audit findings. + Complete Audit Report. 5. Other duties + Travel to the rooftop site for unqualified product verification and complete failure analysis report. + Take responsible for weekly report and monthly report of the department.
