I am responsible for managing the department's budget and preparing the requested reports. The main indicators tracked are: productivity, the number of customer complaints, production costs, the number of accidents and OSH incidents, the number of deliveries within the requested period

Responsible for managing the production, technical and maintenance processes in order to meet the KPI and the customer requirements. Active support for the development and improvement plan for Quality Management in order to Implement the IATF 16949 standard. Implement the Lean culture in order to standardize the business processes and create new line reports methods Follow up and improvements meetings for defining new actions in order to meet the KPI and the customer needs Organize workshops with all departments with the purpose of finding new improvement opportunities inside the plant.
