People first – that’s my mindset. 🤝 I love taking a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach – focused on impact rather than detours. Maybe that’s because my journey hasn’t been the “traditional” one: I started vocational training at 16, held my first full-time role abroad as Project Assistant on a construction site, completed my Bachelor Prof. in HR Management (CCI) besides my full-time job, and later pursued my degree in International Management without a high school diploma (Abitur). This drive and clarity also define how I work in talent acquisition: hands-on , reliable 🤝, and efficient. Since April 2022 I’ve been shaping recruiting processes and candidate experience at Continental. I'm always open to exchange, inspiration, and connecting with people who want to rethink Recruiting.
