Passion is the key ingredient in AC Studio and in my life. Everyday I work with my team. We join knowledge and capabilities: they are creative, I am more analytic. During the years in the aeronautic sector, which completely differs from the design one, I learnt that listening is the key to every good relationship, be it among companies or team members. ◾️ Market Analysis By actively listening, a good analysis comes: no bias, no prejudice. ◾️ Inspirations and Moodboard Market analysis generates ideas and creativity. Because ideas are more efficient when they have a direction to follow. ◾️ Postural Analysis We never stop learning. Our projects' outcomes are based on deep studies that take into consideration also postural positions and interaction between the consumer and the product. ◾️ Style and Innovation If technology supports design and aesthetics, then the project is complete in every aspect. Patience, team work, sharing knowledge, and being a good leader that keeps the team together are qualities I learnt when I was driving a plane. I created Teak3 in 2013 and I always cared about everything in it, from production to marketing. The aim of my own shoe brand is to bring Italian passion, culture, and uniqueness to everybody around the world. The shoes I and my father design are original and exclusive: handmade by artisans around Montebelluna with quality, sustainable materials. In fact, the production of Teak3 shoes is eco-friendly in all its phases, and materials are selected to lower the environmental impact.

During this internship I improved my driving abilities with the aim of obtaining the CRL-IR-MEP driving license in a few years. Meanwhile, I have been impressed by the history of the airport, which is a basis for both the Air Force and sanitary flights. I owe this experience a lot because in 2013 it inspired me in the creation of my Teak3 brand and its objective: increase the knowledge of history and uniqueness of the Italian resources around the world.
